Abstract

Language is a very important thing in people's lives, in essence humans are never separated from the use of language. Humans as social beings basically always want contact with other humans, as well as in Language Education it is used as a vitality tool in achieving learning goals. Thus, the purpose of this study is to review the language learning strategy in the 2013 curriculum era in the first semester. In this study, the method used is to use a type or approach of qualitative research using a library research approach with the results of the study showing that the strategy used must be in accordance with the basic competencies applied by involving everyone in the class or involving students or students in the classroom in each meeting in accordance with the basic competencies that have been prepared before the exam. The lesson begins. Then students are expected to be able to provide a comfortable learning atmosphere by using varied learning media that does not create a saturated atmosphere in the teaching and learning process.
